Dynamics 365 Business Central

On the call, Shannon shared insights into the BC talent development program, which trains partners on implementing Business Central through a comprehensive four-day class structure. The program includes two days of implementation training and two days of core power user transactional training, covering essential financial aspects of Business Central. Shannon also shared her personal journey of transitioning from GP to Business Central, highlighting the challenges she faced and her motivation to support others in similar situations.

Additionally, Shannon emphasized the ongoing migrations from on-premises solutions like GP, NAV, and SL to Business Central. She mentioned the benefits of staying within the Microsoft ecosystem, such as integration with Azure, enhanced security, and ease of management. The Bridge to Cloud 2 program, offering a 40% discount on licensing for a three-year commitment, serves as an attractive option for on-premises customers to transition to the cloud.

Teams Premium breaks down who was speaking when on the bottom left, as well as separating the meeting into chapters. Additionally, Teams Premium creates an AI generated summary while noting people’s mentions throughout the meeting.

Organizations can also benefit from efficient collaboration tools like Places Finder for reserving workspaces and collaborative call handling for improved customer care. These enhancements make Teams Premium a valuable addition for businesses looking to optimize their collaboration and safeguard sensitive information.
