Billing and renewals
Microsoft subscriptions and managed services renew automatically unless you cancel. Charges can be monthly, annual or usage-based.
Switch providers anytime
You can end xMonthly's role as your CSP at any time by transferring your subscriptions to another provider.
Refunds
They follow Microsoft's policy, xMonthly's policy and any partner policy shown on the listing. Professional services already delivered are non-refundable.
Reviewed listings
Every partner listing is reviewed before it is published. Approval is not an endorsement by xMonthly.
Your data
xMonthly stores account and billing information, and may access tenant data for support and service delivery. It shares what is needed with Microsoft and the partners involved.
Partner-delivered services
Partners deliver their own products and services. If something goes wrong with a service, work it out directly with that partner.
