You agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not to disclose, copy, distribute, or make it available to any third party without the prior written consent of xMonthly.

Your confidentiality obligations will survive termination of these Terms and remain in effect for five (5) years, or indefinitely for information that reasonably constitutes trade secrets.

You agree not to, and will not permit others to, directly or indirectly:

• Reverse engineer
• Decompile
• Disassemble
• Derive source code
• Analyze internal logic
• Attempt to reconstruct or replicate any proprietary workflows, automation sequences, AI prompts, models, or system architecture

…from any xMonthly product, service, prototype, training material, or digital asset.

This includes, without limitation, the AI Cloud Tour, partner enablement materials, agent tools, referral systems, and any software or content provided through the Site.

Any attempt to bypass, extract, or replicate the underlying structure or functionality of xMonthly systems is strictly prohibited.

All materials provided by xMonthly—including but not limited to training content, AI Cloud Tour modules, agent resources, scripts, workflows, diagrams, videos, automation logic, and documentation—are proprietary to xMonthly and may be used solely for your personal or authorized business use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any xMonthly materials without express written permission.

You agree not to use the Site or any xMonthly services to:

• Build or assist in building a competing product or service
• Train AI models or datasets using xMonthly content
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data, logic, or structure from the Site
• Share internal materials with third parties, including consultants, developers, or competitors
• Misrepresent your relationship with xMonthly

Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

You acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information or attempts to reverse engineer xMonthly systems may cause irreparable harm.

xMonthly is entitled to seek:

• Injunctive relief
• Damages
• Recovery of legal fees
• Any other remedies available under applicable law

…without the need to prove actual damages.
