xMonthly Contributor Code of Conduct

Welcome to the xMonthly Community! As a valued contributor, we expect all members to adhere to the following Code of Conduct to ensure a positive and productive environment for everyone.

1. Good Intentions Only
  • All contributions must be made with the intent to add value to the community.
  • Respectful and constructive interactions are mandatory.
  • xMonthly will align content and profile information – ensuring profile completeness for Contributors and their respective partner organizations.
2. Profile and Vetting
  • xMonthly will vet all users before granting them a profile.
  • Once vetted, contributors have the opportunity to share an event, create a user profile, and publish a complimentary/free first blog post.
3. Additional Contributions
  • For additional contributions beyond the first complimentary post, Contributors must meet certain sales or subscription metrics.
4. Content Guidelines
  • Content must be original, relevant, and beneficial to the xMonthly community.
  • xMonthly has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism or copyright infringement.
  • Posts should be free of offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
5. Partner Benefits
  • xMonthly grants all benefits of a contributor at no cost to partners generating >$1K in monthly CSP subscriptions revenue with xMonthly.
6. Engagement and Collaboration
  • xMonthly encourages Contributors to engage with the community through comments, discussions, and collaborations.
  • xMonthly values sharing knowledge and supporting fellow contributors.
7. Marketing Activities
  • Contributors are expected to participate in marketing activities to generate demand offerings.
  • These activities includes content creation, webinars, social media engagement, and more.
8. Reporting
  • Any violations of the Code of Conduct should be reported to the xMonthly team for review.
9. Confidentiality
  • Contributors must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared within the community.
10. Termination of Access
  • xMonthly reserves the right to terminate access for any contributor who violates the Code of Conduct or fails to meet the required metrics.
11. Editor Review and Optimization Process
  • Content Review: All submitted content will undergo a thorough review by xMonthly’s editorial team to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with community guidelines.
  • Feedback and Revisions: Contributors may receive feedback and requests for revisions to improve the quality and relevance of their content.
  • Optimization: The editorial team will optimize content for SEO, readability, and engagement before publication.
  • Approval: Once the content meets all criteria, it will be approved and scheduled for publication.
12. Limitation of Liability
  • Contributor Responsibility: Contributors are solely responsible for the content they submit. xMonthly is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided by contributors.
  • Copyright Infringement: Contributors must ensure that their content does not infringe on any copyrights or intellectual property rights. xMonthly is not responsible for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from contributor posts.
  • Risk and Liability: All risks associated with the content, including legal and financial risks, are borne by the contributors. xMonthly disclaims any liability for damages or losses resulting from the use or publication of contributor content.
